Demeter Cream ale
Intended to recreate an origianal American style popular in the 1800's and brewed by Canadian brewers during prohibition. Our version uses a small amount of corn, as befits the traditional brewing, and lends a subtle sweetness to an otherwise dry and crisp session beer.

Seasonal Specialties
Black Goat - A Dark Munich Lager: A deep ruby hued beauty with a rich bready malt backbone and clean tootsie roll and roasted notes with a crisp finish and a subtle lingering sweetness. Brewed with Munich and Vienne Malts from Weyermann, Hops from Hallertau, and Lager Yeast from Weihenstephen.
Monobrau Maerzen - A Bavarian Fest Maerzen: Rich bread and biscuit character, clean caramel and roast notes with a crisp earthy and dry finish. Brewed with Munich Malts from Bamberg Germany, Hops from Hallertau, and Lager Yeast from Weihenstephen.

Jamaican Sweet Brown
What happens when you plan to brew a Jamaican Sweet Stout, and you find that all your dark roasted malts are gone? A happy accident created a style of beer we've cherished ever since 2003. Full bodied, richly sweet with hints of chocolate, tootsie roll, and coffee. Clean finish that doesn't linger. Yum!
